Fantastic central location. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Rooms very clean and serviced daily, cleaning staff friendly. Excellent reception staff service, helpful and professional - particularly Kate who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Welcoming of our infant. Able to organise airport transfer via the hotel. Good range of choice at breakfast. Very good value.

Room was clean and well appointed. Location was excellent for metro and local cafe and restaurants. 5-8 mins walk from Boat cruise docks. Staff were always on hand, courteous and helpful, booking Thermal Baths and River Cruise for us. There was lots of choice in the buffet breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes and some day to to day variation.

Our room on the 4th floor was quiet and comfortable, with a view of the inner courtyard. The room had a small fridge, coffee maker and spacious wardrobe. The breakfast buffet was good with a variety of options for everyone. The staff at reception were professional and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing in Budapest. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Situated very close to the Elisabeth Bridge, the hotel location is excellent as it's within 5 - 10 mins walking distance to shops, bars, public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are helpful & very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very good breakfast selection provided.

The location of this hotel is the highlight. It is very well centered and close to everything even by walking only.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They fulfilled all my requests: I asked if they could keep my ice packs in their freezer overnight and print my boarding pass. No hassle, hesitation, professional and welcoming. Location is perfect next to shopping street, near to public transports and sightseeing. I loved my room. Beautiful, stylish, comfortable. Bath and mini fridge were a lovely suprise. Attention to details: bottle of water in room and a cute cosmetic kit (nail file, hairband, cotton buds). Breakfast was amazing!!! Champagne!!! Cold and warm choices, gluten, vegan things. Please, could I get the recipe of the "avocado cream". Delicious! My first, but definitely not my last visit.

It was a friendly hotel. I asked for an extra sheet, because duvets are too hot for me. . They provided that and some ice when I asked. The bed was real comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It was close to Hop on Hop Off bus, and I did the 3 day with the free boat ride. It was close to the pier, the white bridge and lots of places to eat.

Good hotel in the heart of Budapest. We had a suite, and the size of the room is impressive, as well as the setup. Downstairs you have a fully functional office space for meetings, and a bedroom, bathroom and a hall upstairs. Very convenient!

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center. Close to everything, from restaurants to metro, tram and bus stations. Very close to Danube bank. Only good words for this hotel. We highly appreciated that they had gluten free options at the breakfast buffet, very well suited for celiac people. We arrived in the morning so few hours before the normal check in time, but we received the rooms right away which was a great plus. We recommend it!
